I like Martin Luther King Jr. because he saved us. If he wasn’t alive he wouldn’t have saved us. He gave black people their rights. One of there rights were they wouldn’t give up their seats on the bus.

Martin Luther King Jr. put black people and white people together. Most people celebrate Martin Luther King’s birthday. Did you know that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. lead a lot of people down the street. He spoke to a lot of people. He was a very good man and he was black. He died on January 19th. His birthday is January 16th.

Martin Luther King Jr. was a black man who fought for the black people. So he ended the division of black and whites. Because of him black people are no longer slaves. For what he did he deserves to have his own holiday.

Martin Luther King Jr. has changed the earth. If Martin Luther King Jr. did not do what he did Barack Obama would not be president. Martin Luther King Jr. is a legend and a hero to mankind. This school would be white school and it would be super small. Martin Luther King Jr. is a good example to everyone.

Martin Luther King Jr. was the youngest person to receive the Nobel Peace Prize. It was for his Civil Rights work. He was a great speaker and he said “I have a dream” at the beginning of his speech at the 1963 March on Washington. King was assassinated on April 14, 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee.

Martin Luther King Jr. had white and black people go to the same schools. Black kids used to have a small number of teachers, supplies, and books. White people’s kids had a lot of teachers, supplies, and books, but he made a difference about it. He marched for Civil Rights. He changed the laws so people could be treated equal.

We celebrate his birthday because he was the one who let all African American’s stay at the same school. Martin Luther King was the one who taught people to believe in themselves. He was marching in Washington DC.

Martin Luther King was born January 15, 1929. He was an African American preacher. He fought for equal rights for black and white people. He got a Nobel Peace Prize for his work to end racial segregation. He was the youngest person to ever receive this award. His most famous speech was “I Have a Dream” in 1963 about equal rights for all people. He was shot on April 4, 1968, while giving a speech.
